XSBN Outdoor Water Show
Out in the beautiful province of Yunnan, China, nestles an incredible complex of leisure attractions, masterminded by Wanda Group. Lloyd Live Design worked with TFH Media Corp and Pascale Degrune to create a unique water show concept within the main park. The show runs throughout the day and includes up to the minute water stunts, giant waterfalls, treetop runways, walkways and subterranean surprise elements. Our thanks to Aaron Wu at Wanda Entertainment for his support through the early stages of the project, and for his collaborative approach. We are proud to see those early visions delivered by his team, ideas so close to our hearts.
We provided the Architectural design for the outdoor theatre, pool, associated facilities, seating tier and approach areas, as well as the set design concept. Thierry Sanchez masterminded the show, in collaboration with us, and fundamentally supported by Kathy Baker and Pascal Degrune. Simply beautiful. The first outdoor use of the patented Zapata ‘JetLev’ system, and our Hydronaut character concept in a show environment – in the world.
